No minimum purchase required.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Tracking information will be sent once available.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors.

  • Canada & United States: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–18 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

Tracking Information

When your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear

  • Some international shipments may show limited tracking updates


Customs, Duties & Taxes

PawsCrown is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.

Customers are fully responsible for any applicable customs charges.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal by the recipient

Lost or Stolen Packages

PawsCrown is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks the order as delivered.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact your local carrier or post office


Delayed Orders

Occasional delays may occur.

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, chargebacks, or order cancellations.

Split Shipments

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers.


Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
