1. Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

⚠️ Any item showing signs of use, wear, pet hair, odors, damage, or missing packaging will be refused.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

5. Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods

Hazardous or flammable materials
⚠️ For health & hygiene reasons, used pet care products cannot be resold and are strictly non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a replacement:

Place a new order separately
7. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Right
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.
